Can I book a metro ticket?+
Metro ticket booking is available where the relevant network and booking integration support it. The app shows the final fare and booking status before presenting the QR ticket.
Does CityHopp operate metros or ride vehicles?+
No. CityHopp is a multimodal journey platform that helps you plan and connect services provided by transport operators and supported mobility partners.
Can I use it with limited connectivity?+
CityHopp uses an offline-first approach for core metro data. Features that require live routing, booking, payments or third-party services still need connectivity.
Is CityHopp available on iPhone?+
